Search Weights

Please note that to use Search Weights, these must be enabled as described in the Weights section of this documentation. The relevance of a product in search results is based on matches in its title, excerpt (short description), content, tags, categories, attributes and SKU. Its relevance increases further with the search weight of the categories that the product belongs to and its specific search weight if these are set specifically. To see how these can be set, please refer to the Weights section.
