To add new WooCommerce customers to Zoho CRM as contacts, connect your WooCommerce store to Zoho. 1. Copy and paste the provided URL into the Webhook URL field on your WordPress dashboard. 2. Click the Ok, continue button. 3. Connect your Zoho CRM account by providing an Auth Token. 4. Match the fields from WooCommerce with the fields in Zoho CRM. This specifies how your customer’s details will be used to create a contact. 5. Click Save + Finish to complete the Zap. 6. Test the Zap to make sure it works. Once you’re satisfied, WooCommerce customers can be added as contacts to Zoho CRM!
