Once you go ahead towards the above link, the store owners will be redirected to the Walmart Marketplace Seller Registration.

Before proceeding to fill the form, firstly read the information carefully. After that, hit the Start Application and move ahead towards the registration process.

Once you hit the Start Application tab, the store owners will be proceeding ahead for the process of Company Registration, as mentioned in the screenshot:

Once you have provided the above details, then hit the Next tab, which is placed downwards, which will let you proceed towards the Product and Integration

Once you have provided all the details in the product and integration, then hit the next tab, which is placed downwards, which will let you proceed towards the Shipping and Operations.

Once you have provided all the details in the shipping and operations, then hit the next tab, which is placed downwards, which will let you proceed towards the Complete section.

Once you have completed the seller registration process, wait for one week to approve the registration from Walmart Marketplace.

Once approved, you are ready to fly with your listings on Walmart Marketplace.

The WooCommerce store owners have to fill in the API Credentials in the admin panel’s Walmart Integration page.

The user has to log in to the Walmart Seller Account to retrieve the following API credentials:

  1. Client Id.
  2. Client Secret.

Once you have retrieved the Client Id and the Client Secret, the merchant has to copy all of them one by one from the Walmart Seller account and paste it one by one into the Walmart Integration page of the admin panel merchant.

Login to Walmart Developer Account.

Hit the My Accounts as mentioned in the screenshot on Walmart’s Developer Page::

Once you have hit the My Accounts, it will show you a popup where the sellers will be having two options to opt for the one mentioned in the screenshot:

  • Marketplace
  • DSV & Warehouse Now

Here the store owners have to select the Marketplace for their login type as mentioned in the screenshot above.

Once you have selected the Marketplace, it will move you towards a page where you have to enter your Email Address and Password for login as mentioned in the screenshot.

Once you have entered the above details, hit the Login tab, it will redirect you to a page where you will get you API keys as mentioned in the screenshot:

  • Client ID.
  • Client Secret.

To get your Client’s Secret, you have to enable the Eye Button first as mentioned in the screenshot above.

After obtaining the Client ID and the Client Secret from the Walmart Seller Account, the woocommerce store owners have to paste them on the merchant’s admin panel’s Walmart Configuration page.

After the successful accomplishment of integration, the mandatory step to be taken by you (admin) is the Configuration of your Store with Walmart Marketplace.

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, as mentioned in the screenshot:

The next page displays the Configuration Settings section where the store owners have to fill in API credentials and return address, as shown in the below image:

Once the store owners have filled the details, then they must just hit the Update and the Validate button as shown in the below screenshot:

  • Scroll down to the RETURN ADDRESS section, which will appear as mentioned in the screenshot:

Enter the required values in the following fields:

  • Centre name
  • Country
  • State
  • First Address
  • Second Address
  • City
  • Zip code
  • Mobile number
  • Email Address

This section is for mapping WooCommerce store attributes with Walmart attributes. Admin can restrict or enable mail notification sent to customers for Walmart orders and set the scheduler for auto-synchronization of price and stocks between WooCommerce and Walmart. Admin can use the automated fetching of Walmart orders and improve the time management for better services.

Admin can configure the following sections under the global settings:

  • Product
  • Order
  • Cron

Go to the WooCommerce admin panel, right below the CedCommerce Menu on the left navigation bar, and hit the Walmart section of the panel as mentioned in the screenshot:

In the top menu bar, the store owners will hit the Global Settings section which will appear as mentioned in the screenshot:

In this section, admin can map Woocommerce store attributes with Walmart attributes using the attributes available in the selection box on right.

If the attribute on which the attribute value is saved, not found, admin can select the attributes by clicking Meta keys and Attributes List tab, which appears as shown in the below screenshot:

In the Search for product by its title box, enter the required product name to get the attributes of the entered product name, as shown in the below screenshot:

Note: Enter the initials of the product, and a list appears. Select the required one from the list.

  1. In the Meta Key column, select the checkboxes associated with the required meta-keys.
  2. Click the SAVE button, as shown in the below screenshot:

The meta-keys selected under the MetaKeys and Attributes List section are listed in the select list field that appears next to the text boxes as mentioned in the screenshot below:

In the Product Specific section one needs to fill the details required or map with woocommerce attributes in here, as shown below in the screenshot:

b) Order

Select the Order Section, under global settings, and Enable restriction of email being sent to customers for Walmart orders.

c) Cron

Select the Cron Section, under global settings to automate the synchronization of Walmart orders, price, and stocks between WooCommerce and Walmart.

The CATEGORY MAPPING page is for mapping WooCommerce categories to Walmart categories. Admin has to select the WooCommerce categories by selecting the checkbox and choose the Walmart category from the list in which they want to list WooCommerce products on Walmart.

In the top menu bar, the store owners will hit the Category Mapping section which appears as mentioned in the screenshot:

Choose the WooCommerce category which you want to map by selecting the checkbox. And then choose the Walmart category from the list displayed in the dropdown box.

Admin can fill the category specific attributes of Walmart for the SEO purpose and for increasing product visibility on Walmart. For mapping variable products, the attributes can be mapped by using “Used For Variation Attributes”.

Admin can do the following tasks:

  • Edit profile
  • Delete profile

In the top menu bar, the store owners will hit the Profile section which will appear as mentioned in the screenshot:

Move the cursor over the required profile to edit.

The Edit link appears as mentioned in the screenshot below:

Click the Edit link, fill the required details, and click on Save to save the details as mentioned in the screenshot below:

b) Delete the profile
Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to Delete.

Click the Arrow button next to the Bulk Actions field, click Delete, and then click the APPLY button.

The selected products are Deleted, as shown in the screenshot below:

Admin can upload or update Woocommerce products to Walmart, as well as update price and stocks with one click. Under product management, admin can Filter the products based on different attributes.

Admin can perform the following tasks:

  • Upload/Update the selected products to the Walmart marketplace.
  • Update price
  • Update stock

In the top menu bar, the store owners will hit the Product management which will appear as mentioned in the screenshot:

a) Upload/Update the selected products to the Walmart marketplace.

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to upload.

Click the Arrow button next to the Bulk Actions field, click Upload, and then click the APPLY button.

The selected products are uploaded and a success message appears, as shown in the screenshot below:

b) Update the price on the Walmart marketplace.

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to update the price.

Click the Arrow button next to the Bulk Actions field, click Update Price, and then click the Apply button.

The Price is updated for the selected products and a success message appears, as shown in the screenshot below:

c) Update Stock

Select the checkboxes associated with the required products to update Stock.

Click the Arrow button next to the Bulk Actions field, click Update Stock, and then click the APPLY button.

After uploading the product on Walmart or after updating the product inventory or the product price, the admin can check the status of the feed from the FEED STATUS page.

In the top menu bar, the store owners will hit the Feed Status section which will appear as mentioned in the screenshot:

Move the cursor over the required feed ID to view their details.

The view details link appears, where you can view the details of your uploaded feed, click the View details as mentioned in the screenshot below:

Order Management ↑ Back to top

All the Walmart orders will be listed here. You can perform the different operations on Walmart’s order using the Edit option.

In the top menu bar, the store owners will hit the Order section which will appear as mentioned in the screenshot:

Click the FETCH ORDERS button to fetch all the current orders from the Walmart marketplace.

All the fetched orders are listed on the page.

You can cancel the orders or submit the shipment by going in edit section using edit option as shown below:

For canceling the order, click on the Cancel order button and order will be canceled on Walmart, as shown in the below screenshot:

You can also send tracking information and submit the shipment by filling the tracking number, tracking URL and ship date by clicking on Submit shipment button and the order will be marked shipped on Walmart, as shown in the below screenshot:
