On rare occasions, card payments and deposits may be stopped on an account. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including:
- Your account needed to provide additional information to be validated and the deadline to provide that information has passed;
- Dispute activity has increased substantially on the account beyond reasonable thresholds; and
- Our payments partner, Stripe, has found other issues with your account.
You should receive an email with information about the issue causing your account to be restricted from WooCommerce team or Stripe. Please respond to this email to address the issue.
