Best Sellers for WooCommerce

Best Sellers for WooCommerce can display your Best Selling Products in a separate page. You can also assign a Rank to your products based on their Best Seller position.

Installation

Download the best-sellers-for-woocommerce.zip file from your WooCommerce account.
Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded with Choose File.
Install Now and Activate the extension.

To set up the plugin, go to WooCommerce > Best Sellers

General Settings

To display the best seller badge on the singe product page for the products which has been ranked #1 Best Seller in a category, enable Display Best Seller Badge in Single Product Page for #1 Ranked Product checkbox.
To display the best seller seal on the singe product page for the products which has been ranked #1 Best Seller in a category, enable Display Best Seller Seal in Single Product Page for #1 Ranked Product checkbox.
In the Number of Products to Display in Best Seller Page field, set the number of products which should be listed in the Best Seller page.
You can choose to display best sellers based on Total Sales Count, Sales Count in Specified Duration, Total Sales Value and Sales Value in Specified Duration. Select the option as per your needs.
If Sales Count in Specified Duration or Sales Value in Specified Duration is selected, then provide the duration for which the sales count/value has to be calculated in Duration to Update Sales Count/Sales Value option.
If you want to display the best seller rank for the products in each category on the single product page, then select Display for All Products in Display Rank in Single Product Page option. If you want the rank to be displayed only for best seller products of the category, then select Display only for Best Sellers option.
Enable the Display a Hyperlink to the Best Seller Page in Single Product Page option to show the link to best sellers of that category.
By default, best sellers will be displayed for all products of all categories. If you wish to Show/Hide Best Seller ranking for specific products of specific categories, you can do so by customizing the Show/Hide Category Filter option and selecting the categories which have to be Shown/Hidden.

Best Seller Badge Settings

The best seller badge will be displayed on the Single Product Page of the #1 Best Selling Product. You can choose anyone from the available three styles from the “Best Seller Badge Style” option. You can also upload your own style by choosing the “Custom Style” option.
If you choose to use Custom Style, choose your custom badge image in “Choose Image for Custom Style” option.
In “Best Seller Badge Alignment in Single Product Page” option, select whether you want to display the badge in left or right on the product image in the single product page.
In “Best Seller Badge Alignment in Best Seller Page” option, select whether you want to display the badge to the left or to the right of the product image in the best seller page.
Customize the label to be displayed in best seller badge in “Best Seller Badge Text” option.
Customize the background color of the best seller badge in “Best Seller Badge Background Color” option.
Customize the text color of the best seller badge in “Best Seller Badge Text Color” option.

Best Seller Seal Settings

In Best Seller Seal Image option, select the best seller seal which has to be displayed in single product page.
In Position to Display Best Seller Seal option, select on which position you want to display the best seller seal on the single product page.

Best Seller Rank Settings

In Position to Display Rank of the Product under Each Category in Single Product Page option, the position to display best seller rank for the product in single product page.
In Rank Indicator Background Color option, you can customize the Rank Indicator Background Color.
In Rank Indicator Text Color option, you can customize the Rank Indicator Text Color.
In Rank Alignment in Best Seller Page option, select whether you want to display the rank in left or right on the product image in the best seller page.
You can customize the label displayed to the user on the product page.

Once the plugin settings have been configured, the site’s Best Selling Products will be displayed in the Best Sellers Page.
In the Single Product Page, the Best Seller Rank will be displayed. Along with the Rank, a link to display the best sellers within that category will be displayed.
If the product is in #1 Rank, the Best Seller Badge and the Seal will be displayed.

Translation

Best Sellers for WooCommerce Plugin is translation ready meaning you can edit the po files by which you can translate the text to any language.

The steps to do the translation are as follows. For eg let us consider translation to French.

Download and install Poedit
Open the file best-sellers-for-woocommerce -> languages folder -> best-sellers-for-woocommerce.pot using Poedit.
Create a new translation file by clicking Create new translation button
Choose the Source text and set its corresponding French text in Translation Text Area.
Save the changes.
Save the file name as best-sellers-for-woocommerce-fr_FR.po
Then go to WordPress dashboard -> Settings -> General and select the Site Language as French
