Admin Functionalities & Work Flow

Getting Started

After installation & activation you will see an extra tab in the sidebar named as Bazaar Multi-Vendor Platform For WooCommerce click on it and you will see an outstanding Dashboard of admin.

Now see all the amazing analytic and graphical representation of each and every thing available on your site.

click on different sections available on side menu like Home, Products, Orders, and much more.

Click on the Products button from the left menu bar. Here you will see all the products from admin and all the vendors.

Click on Add Product button to add new products. You can create simple, grouped & variation products here. fill all the details in the modal.

Click on the Orders button from the left menu bar. Here admin will see all the Orders of admin as well as vendors.

You can also create new order from admin panel by clicking on Add Order Button as shown below.

Click on the Withdrawal button from the left menu bar. Here admin will see all the withdraw request from vendors and admin can approve or reject request directly from here.

Click on the Store Vendors button from the left menu bar.

Follow the steps and create unlimited vendors as per your requirement.

Click on the Customer button from the left menu bar. Here admin will see all the customers details and also can create new customer.

Click on the Analytic Report button from the left menu bar. It consists two types of reports. Report & All Logs.

Click on the Report button from the sub menu of Analytic Report. You will see each and every report here and also can sort report year, month & date wise.

Click on the All Logs button from the sub menu of Analytic Report. You will see each and every logs.

Click on the Announcement button from the left menu bar. Here admin will create announcements and it will be shown on vendors dashboard.

Click on the Seller Verification button from the left menu bar. Here admin will get all the identity documents of vendor for the verification and admin can approve it directly.

Click on the Marketplace Settings button from the left menu bar. Here admin can change all the settings from different sub menus like General Settings, Sellings, Withdrawals, Payment Methods, Page Settings, Appearance, Privacy Policy & Social Api.

1:-Firstly click on the Multi-Vendor Platform icon from the left menu bar.

2:-Now admin can create products or also can upload csv file at woocommerce products.

3:-Now add new vendors from the store vendor section or vendor can also register from the registration at the public end.

4:-Click on add vendor button and fill all the details of vendor and also approve vendor for selling.

5:-Admin can register from the public end but can sell products after admin confirmation.

6:-Now after approval Vendor will upload all his identity details and admin will get it in seller verification section after it admin can directly approve it after checking properly.

7:- Admin can set the commission as per his requirement for different vendors.

8:- Now click on Marketplace Settings and click on general setting tab at the top.

9:-Fill all the details and must click on save changes weather changes are done or not by admin. note:-“save changes must be clicked once”.

10:- Now click on Selling section and here admin can set the commission rate type and much more.

11:-Now click on withdrawal and set the withdrawal limit.

12:-Now Click on Payment Method and set the payment details.

13:- The most important part is Page setting the pages must be set all the pages for the front-end.

14:- Now you are all done just create vendors and let them sell their products and see all the reports at the home page and reports section for the descriptive details.

15:- If admin wants to give any announcement can directly add announcement from the Announcement section and it will be shown in vendors dashboard.

Vendor Functionalities & Work Flow

Getting Started

Open the site and click on registration section and register as an affiliate. After registration login & click on Vendor Dashboard.

Now see all the amazing analytic and graphical representation of each and every thing at dashboard.

click on different sections available on side menu like Coupon, Review, Orders, and much more.

Click on the Toggle at the top for dark theme activation button & enjoy dark theme as shown below.

Click on the Coupons button from the left menu bar. Here you can create new coupon.

to add new coupon follow the steps below:-

Click on the Review button from the left menu bar. Here you will see all the reviews.

Click on the Identity Verification button from the left menu bar. Fill all the details for verification purpose to start selling products.

Click on the Products button from the left menu bar. See all your products from this section.

to add new products click on add product button

Click on the Orders button from the left menu bar. Here vendor will see all the details of orders of his/her products.

Reports 

Click on the Reports button from the left menu bar. Here vendor will see all the reports of all the section.

Click on the Store-Settings button from the left menu bar. Here vendor can get all the information and also can setup his/her store.

Click on the Payments button from the left menu bar & fill out the payment details for easy transaction.

Click on the Shipping button from the left menu bar. Here shipping method and zone will be shown and if not available contact admin.

Work Flow

1:-Firstly Register as vendor from the registration section

2:-Now admin will approve your request after that you will sell your products.

3:-Click on vendor dashboard section.

4:-Fill all your details and click on submit.

5:-Now you will see an amazing dashboard with all the reports.

6:-Now go on product section and create new product.

7:- After admin approval you can sell your products freely.

8:- After selling you can see the sale details.

9:-You can withdraw your amount easily by adding new withdraw request.

10:- You have to verify yourself for easy selling.

11:- Now all done start selling and earning.
